Star Mentors
Star Mentors are the Committee's bridge to the classroom — a growing network of frontline educators across the Greater Bay Area, including principals, panel heads and experienced teachers, with expertise spanning mathematics education, AI × mathematics and technology education. Many have worked closely with the competition across all five editions. Within the Committee, Star Mentors bring classroom experience to shaping research directions and teaching resources, pilot the use of AI in learning and teaching, and support student guidance and judging for the National Grand Final in January 2027. Led by the Chief Star Mentor, they were appointed at the City Finals Award Ceremony in August 2026, and the Committee will continue to invite outstanding frontline educators to join the network.
